What is an Enrolled Agent?
Enrolled Agents are individuals who have demonstrated technical competence in the field of taxation. Enrolled Agents can represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service, are bound by ethical standards and are required to abide by the provisions of U.S. Treasury Department Circular 230 and undergo rigorous background checks conducted by the IRS. A special license issued by the federal government authorizes Enrolled Agents to appear in place of the taxpayer at the Internal Revenue Service. Only Enrolled Agents, Attorneys, and CPA’s may represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Our clients include individuals, sole-proprietorships, partnerships, s-corporations, corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, and non-profit organizations. Our services are tailored to meet your specific situation and we value stepping into a partnership with each of our clients, offering a free initial consultation.
